Tuesday Track



This morning I completed my track workout which consisted of the following:

1 mile warmup
300 @ 5K
100 @ Recovery
2000 @ 10K
400 @ Recovery

Repeated 3X---yikes!

Then tonight I met up with Crystal at Planet Fitness for some cardio and lifting.

I hope the weather cooperates so I can swim outside tomorrow!
