A Little Jog


It was another gorgeous afternoon--perfect for an easy 5 mile run. I definitely prefer the long/steady runs over the track workouts. My body just does not like to go fast! I finished the day with a yoga class at Quest, which really gave me an opportunity to unwind and assess my life.


Favorite Yoga Pose for the Evening: Double-Pigeon (painful but effective!)
